Halloween is fast approaching and the crusade starts for most population colse to the world seeing for the best Halloween costume for their babies. It seems that every Halloween, babies whether get to wear the first-thing-mommy-saw-not-so-cool costume she bought from the mall or the local boutique or the super duper cool costume mommy got because she can't wear it for herself or wasn't able to wear it as a child (sounds familiar, right?). *wink*
